Randy Hutchison is the owner of OAR Realty Partners and is responsible for overseeing all business operations. During his career he has played a large role in leasing, acquisition and disposition of urban and suburban shopping centers, apartment complexes and office projects. Having owned and operated commercial and apartment properties, Randy brings an entrepreneurial perspective to every transaction, creating value for each client. Randy is a1995 graduate of Texas A&M University with a BS in Civil Engineering and is a licensed Broker in the State of Texas.

Tim Wylie joined OAR Realty Partners in the summer of 2011 and specializes in property acquisition/disposition while also providing support to project leasing. Tim brings a strong work ethic and a dedication to helping clients accomplish their real estate goals. Tim is a 2003 graduate of Midwestern State University and is a licensed agent in the State of Texas.

Rachel Rodriguez, executive administrative and property management assistant joined OAR Realty Partners in 2013. Rachel’s duties and expertise include overseeing all property management, maintenance scheduling, rent collection, accounting and daily contact with tenants and vendors.
